This Legal Notice sets out the general terms governing access to and use of the website https://spendyourhabits.com (the "Website"), the official website of the mobile application Spend Your Habits (the "App"). It is published in compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI-CE").

2. Purpose of the Website
The Website serves informational and marketing purposes in connection with the Spend Your Habits App. Through the Website, users may, among other things:
- Learn about the features of the App and register for the waitlist to be notified of its availability;
- Read the blog and related editorial content;
- Access the Support page, which provides a contact form, a data-deletion request form, a frequently asked questions (FAQ) section, and an AI-assisted chat; and
- Consult the Website's legal pages.
The Website does not sell any goods or services directly. Any purchases relating to the App are made exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to the terms of those platforms.
3. Conditions of use
Accessing and using the Website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access. Users undertake to use the Website and its contents in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, public order and good faith.
Users agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or in any manner that may damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of it. In particular, users must not misuse the contact form, data-deletion form or AI chat, including through automated, abusive or excessive submissions. The Website employs bot-protection measures and per-IP rate limits, and users must not attempt to circumvent them. Users must not attempt to breach the security of the Website, gain unauthorised access to any system or data, or scrape, harvest or extract content by automated means without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the Website, including without limitation text, design, graphics, layout, logos, images, photographs, audiovisual material and source code, are the property of Ludosati SL or of third parties who have licensed their use to Ludosati, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. The "Spend Your Habits" name, logos and associated branding are distinctive signs of Ludosati SL.
Access to the Website does not grant users any licence or right over such contents beyond that strictly necessary to view them and use the Website for its intended purpose. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or other exploitation of the contents without the prior written authorisation of Ludosati is prohibited. Blog content may not be reproduced without our permission; short quotations for the purposes of commentary or review are permitted provided that the source is clearly attributed and a link to the original is included.
5. External links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and resources, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. Such links are provided solely for the convenience of users. Ludosati does not operate or control those third-party sites and is not responsible for their contents, availability, accuracy or practices, nor does the presence of a link imply any endorsement or association.
In accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the LSSI-CE, Ludosati shall not be liable for information linked from the Website provided that it does not have actual knowledge that the activity or information linked is unlawful or harms the rights or interests of a third party capable of giving rise to compensation. Upon obtaining such actual knowledge, Ludosati will act diligently to remove or disable access to the relevant link.
6. Liability
Ludosati makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate, complete and kept up to date, and to maintain the Website's availability. However, Ludosati does not warrant that the Website will operate free from interruption, error, delay or defect, and reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time.
The AI-assisted chat and the FAQ provide general information only. Their responses are automatically generated, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not binding on Ludosati, do not constitute professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ludosati excludes all liability for any damage or loss arising from access to or use of the Website, including damage to users' equipment resulting from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and this section applies without prejudice to any mandatory rights of users acting as consumers.
7. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data collected through the Website is governed entirely by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Website's legal pages and which we invite you to consult. The Website sets no cookies of its own and uses only strictly-necessary bot-protection tokens (Cloudflare Turnstile), as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Hosting
The Website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States) and delivered through its global content-delivery network.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that entitle users acting as consumers to bring proceedings before, or to be sued only before, the courts of their place of residence.
